How will I receive my files? +
After a successful payment, your order confirmation page will show download buttons for each purchased item. Save your confirmation link if you want to access them again.
Are the products physical or digital? +
Everything sold here is digital. No physical item will be shipped. Each listing tells you what files are included.
Can I resell or redistribute my purchase? +
No. Digital resources are for your personal creative projects unless a listing explicitly grants other rights. Do not repost, resell, share or redistribute the original files.
What if a download doesn't work? +
Email pvntiss@gmail.com with your purchase email and product name, and we'll help investigate.
What about returns and refunds? +
See our store terms for digital download and refund information. Contact us if a purchased file is missing or defective.
